Christi has been a stay at home mom since our daughter Bella arrived in 2003, and she looks forward to spending the same quality time at home with our second child.  Rick is a very involved father, whether it be coaching the soccer team, reading stories in Bella’s classroom or helping put together puzzle after puzzle.  Being the best parents we can be is our number one priority.

Pleased to meet you! Our names are Sharon and Philip. We are a happily married couple living in The Netherlands. A little over a year ago we had the privilege to adopt our miraculous daughter Wende. Since then we have enjoyed parenting so much that we long for another child to love and raise. Therefore we deeply wish to adopt once more and complete our family.

     After several years of disappointment and heartache due to unsuccessful pregnancy attempts, we came to choose adoption for our family. We’ve been married for 13 incredible years, and we’d like to share a little bit of our journey with you.  We are blessed to have three awesome boys, and we believe God has been saving room in our family for more children.  During Camille's last pregnancy, she  developed a condition that made it medically inadvisable to attempt another pregnancy.  We had dreams of a large family, and it took us years to really deal with that news, but God has used that time and that pain to prepare us to be parents again through adoption.  We truly believe that this is the way it was supposed to be for us all along.

We want to begin by thanking you for your unselfishness and love for considering adoption. You have decided to put yourself second and your precious baby first, and there are no words to express how grateful we are to you for making such a decision. We met in early 2002 and married in 2005.  We live in Omaha Nebraska and Nathan works for Kraft Foods.  We do not have any children but did try to conceive for a good seven years.  There is so much love and laughter for us to share.  We love music, the great outdoors, animals and traveling.  We are in our early 30's and would feel our lives were complete if we were able to adopt a child.

We officially became a family on our wedding day in December 2007. Laura (7) and David (5) are in our home only half –time, but they are fully integrated into our lives and our home. They each have a bedroom decorated just for them, and we attend Laura’s ballet recitals, Dave’s soccer games, and other school and church activities. Our times together are precious and we can’t imagine our lives without them.
