Hello! We are Genilson and Tania. We are a warm, spirited couple currently living in Northern California. We are proud and excited to become parents through open adoption. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us.

ABOUT US... We met in Genilson's home country of Brazil in 2004 while studying in Minas Gerais. We quickly became close friends as Tania helped Genilson with his English and Genilson helped Tania with her Portuguese! Tania was drawn to Genilson's energetic smile, and Genilson was attracted to Tania's passion for learning.

Hello and thank you for allowing us to take a moment to share our story with you. We admire your courage and strength in considering adoption.  Tracey and I are excited to start our family and chose adoption to create our family. We are honored to have you consider us as loving parents for your child. Our family consists of Tracey, Laura, and our cat, Bailey and we live in Atlanta, Georgia.

We met online and immediately had a connection. The first weekend we barely stopped talking. Together we shared our hopes and dreams quickly realizing how our journeys in life were meant to cross. Since meeting, we have learned to balance each other with our logic and emotions. Each day we find ourselves growing together as a couple. We love spending time together and yearn for the day we can share our love with a child.

Hello, If you are looking to place your child or know someone who is, please pass this along. We have dreamed of beginning this process and are ready to create a loving home for your child.  Ricky, adopted at age 1 & 1/2, understands how important being placed with a loving and caring family is and we are ready to give that wonderful gift back. We are choosing an open adoption for many reasons.  We know it is important to have adoption questions answered in a truthful and honest manner when dealing with an adopted child.  This has given Ricky acceptance, understanding, growth and maturity growing up. We wish the same for your child and look forward to making the openness work for the level you are most comfortable with.

We cannot begin to imagine what a difficult decision this must be for you and we hope that during this time your heart is filled with peace so you can make the right decision for your baby.   We admire you for choosing to give your unborn child the gift of life and we know that by making that choice you must deeply love your baby.   We hope that whatever decision you make will be what is best for you and your baby’s future.
